The problem faced by the Palembang City Transportation Agency is that all data processing, especially in the personnel section, is still done manually, where in the process of requesting leave requests for the management process it takes a long time to wait for approval from KASUBAG and KADIS, so it often faces problems in its operational activities. In order to make it easier for employees to carry out the leave submission process and obtain information related to leave, the staffing department is expected to be able to create an online information system. Employees no longer have to get information by waiting for leave reports or by calling personnel, but simply by accessing the internet and accessing the Palembang City Transportation Agency website easily and does not take a long time. In this study, the method used is the Waterfall. This application is built using software, namely the programming language PHP, HTML and MySQL. This application is built using software, namely the language on the Windows Operating System. The WEB-based Information System for Submitting Employee Leave at the Palembang City Transportation Service (TJR Section) has helped the Palembang City Transportation Office in the Road and Rail Transportation section in requesting leave requests and informing employee leave requests quickly and accurately, as well as providing information to employees to find out the leave process is approved or not approved.
