Dinas Komunikasi dan Informatika (Diskominfo) Palembang City is one of the Technical Services within the Palembang City Government, which carries out the authority for governmental affairs of Communication and Information Technology. The current problem is the difficulty in scheduling the activities of leaders in the Palembang City Information and Communication Department. Often there is duplication of scheduling at the same time for different activities. This happens because the recording and scheduling of the activities of the respective leaders have not been good. If this is not good recording and scheduling activities, if it is left unchecked, it will disrupt the smooth running of the activities of the leadership concerned, activities must be rescheduled or even these important activities cannot be attended. This study aims to analyze and design an information system for scheduling leadership activities at the Palembang City Information and Communication Department. In this study, the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) method was used. The research resulted in the analysis and design of the management's activity scheduling information system that can be used for recording and scheduling activities of leaders in the Palembang City Information and Communication Office environment.
