The Regional Financial and Asset Management Agency (BPKD) of South Sumatra Province is one of the regional government agencies of the Regional Work Unit (SKPD) in running the wheels of government based on the general policy of the Palembang City area. The problem faced by BPKAD of South Sumatra Province is that filling in guest books is still done manually using a physical form in the form of books so that the resulting data is less effective and efficient. With the existing problems BPKAD South Sumatra Province needs this system in order to make it easier for employees to manage daily, monthly and annual guest data. The information system uses the PHP programming language and MySQL as the database. This research uses the waterfall method. This system is made by researchers so that the information system for filling in the guest book is very helpful in data processing, data search and making guest data reports so that it runs effectively and efficiently.
