Current technological developments have a good impact on humans, in this case especially for most companies, where technology can facilitate human activities. One technology implementation in the company is the leave management information system. Leave is one of the company's obligations given to employees. The process of managing leave at the Public Works Office of Bina Marga and Spatial Planning of South Sumatra Province is currently considered ineffective. From the leave application process, information on the remaining leave and approval of leave submissions is still done manually. So that employees cannot find out the remaining personal leave rights and another weakness is that the leave application process is less effective and efficient. The purpose of this study is to solve problems with a focus on analyzing and designing system designs so that they can correct deficiencies in the current system and provide benefits in providing information quickly and make it easy for employees to be able to apply for leave and access employee leave information. In this study, the authors used modeling tools in the form of flow maps, systems approach method using object-oriented methods, namely Use Case Diagrams, Activity Diagrams, Class Diagrams and Deployment Diagrams, database system design and user interface design. From the results of the research conducted, it can be concluded that the result is a leave management application design.
