Augmented Reality: Solusi Pembelajaran Sains di Era Revolusi Industri 4.0

The fourth industrial revolution (RI 4.0) has emerged as one of the most influential contributors to the development and landscape of the modern world. One of the fields affected by this revolutionary wave is education, therefore it is important for universities to provide space and opportunities for future graduates to have a sense of identityand competitive ability. Prepare graduates who are qualified and able to master technological developments for learning, especially for the future of education in Indonesia. The purpose of this study leads to the development and use of technology in science learning that can help students become a generation that is excellent, innovative, and able to compete in all fields. Augmented reality (AR) is an application that combines a real environment and a virtual environment with 2D and 3D forms at the same time in a real environment, this is very relevant to be applied to science learning. This research method used literature review, namely by looking for sources that were relevant to the object of this research. Thus, augmented reality (AR) is one solution to the problem of learning activities.
