The purpose of this study was to determine the genus and abundace of Mac rozoobenthos in the Palembang BRPPUPP Canal Flow. The sample was obtained by using the purvosive random sampling method with the main ingredient  Macrozoobenthos to determine the genus and abundace of Macrozoobenthos. The results showed 5 classes of the genus Macrozoobenthos including Melanoides sp, Brotia sp, Helicorbis sp, Digoniostoma sp, Bellamya sp, Bithynia sp, Limnoperna sp, Curbicula sp, Aesbna larvae, Immature Tubificids with hair setae and Dendronereis sp. The highest abundance was found in the genus Helicorbis sp with an abundance of 232 and the lowest abundance was found in the genus Bithynia sp and Aesbna larvae with an abundance of  8.
