Identifikasi Senyawa Aktif Metabolit Sekunder Jamur Endofit Biji Juwet (Syzygium cumini L.)

This study aims to identify the presence of secondary metabolites from the endophytic fungi of juwet seeds (Syzygium cumini (L.) Skeels). This research was a laboratory experimental research. The identification method used Thin Layer Chromatography (TLC). Data in the form of images presented in a qualitative description. The results of the identification of endophytic fungal compounds were that S1 and S3 isolates were identified as having compounds from the tannin group. These compounds can be seen on a gray TLC plate, with retardation factor (rf) values of 0.71 and 0.82, respectively. Based on the retardation factor (rf) value, it is known that the compounds possessed by the two endophytic fungi are tannic acid compounds.
