The data collection conducted by the village in Riding Village still used the conventional system. For example. The reports of enumerators in each village that received Raskin assistance still used paper, so that errors often occurred in data entry and archiving. The purpose of this study, among others, was to produce an analysis and design of an information system for data collection on the poor to poor rice program (Raskin). This study uses use case diagrams, activity diagrams, and class diagrams. This research produces a prototype information system for the Raskin program that can manage this data, community data, village data, transaction data and report data with an interface system provided that facilitates data input for users, and the data is stored in a database (database). so that data storage is better and easier in searching for data. Research suggestions regarding the design of this system need to be developed so that it can actually be applied to the Betara District Office, and further research can be equipped with a system that can determine the community worthy of receiving assistance automatically using a system that supports decisions
