Tehnik Pengambilan dan Identifikasi Zooplankton di Aliran Kanal yang Terdapat di BRPPUPP Palembang

This study aims to determine the composition and abundance of zooplancton found in the Palembang BRPPUPP Canal Flow. The sample was taken using a dropper and then poured into the Sedwiggck rafter as much as 1 ml, then covered with a cover glass and placed on an Invertead CKX 21 microscope with 200 times magnigfication. Based on the results of this study, only 1class was obtained namely 100% of the class from Mastigophora which consisted of 8 genera Coleps, Euglena, Euglypha, Paramecium, Pachus, Stylohychia, Spathidium, dan Spirustomum. The highest abundance was found in the genera Euglena dan Paramecium an abudance of 10 idv/liter and the lowest abudance was found in genera Coleps, Stylohychia, dan Spathidium with an amount of 2 idv/liter.
