Batik dye liquid waste is one of the liquid wastes that can cause damage to nature and the environment if it is not managed properly. This study aims to analyze and find solutions to reduce batik dye liquid waste, especially in the initial dyeing process and get the benefits of batik liquid waste management with Cost Benefit Analysis (CBA). The method in this research is the Cost Benefit Analysis (CBA). The results obtained from this study are the total benefits of Rp. 4,500,000 with a net value of Rp. 3.250.000 and BCR 3.6 which shows BCR > 1 which means that the idea or project to be implemented is feasible. Conclusions in this study With the application of CBA in this study resulted in benefits in reducing batik liquid waste as well as profits from selling TIE DYE t-shirts. it is expected that from the alternative scenario the solution proposed by the owner or business owner can get an additional turnover of Rp. 4,500,000 per month from product sales that have never been done before
