Formulasi Sediaan Sampo Antiketombe Ekstrak Daun Sirsak (Annona muricata L.) dan Uji Aktivitasnya terhadap Jamur Candida albicans secara In Vitro

Soursop leaves (Annona muricata L.) is a plant that contains alkaloid compounds, flavonoids, tannins, saponins and terpenoids that serve as antifungiastics or antifungals. One of the fungi that is a form of infection caused by the inclusion of disease seeds is Candidiasis is an acute and subacute fungal disease that can hit the mouth, vagina, skin, nails and caused by candida species. This study aims to find out at what concentrations soursop leaf extract (Annona muricata L.) is most effective for inhibiting candida albicans fungus. This type of research is experimental research in the laboratory. The sample used is soursop leaf powder extracted using maceration method and done attachment using rotary evaporator with ethanol solvent 96%. The treatment group is divided into 5 groups, among them: ketoconazole as a positive control can inhibit the activity of Candida albicans 22.5 mm. Then in the test with 3 test controls with a variety of concentrations of soursop leaf extract, namely 15%, 20%, and 25% with a bland zone obtained with an area of 16.6 mm, 19.3 mm, and 20.1 mm. The results of this study showed that there is a clear zone around the well hole ketokonazole and test control of sirak leaf extract. From the data can be concluded that soursop leaf extract has antifungal activity of candida albicans mushroom growth in vitro.
