The Budget Plan is one of the most important calculation tools in managing the calculation data for a development project at the Palembang city transportation service, because if there is no budget planning in a project, a project will be confused in making its report. The Palembang City Transportation Service is one of the government agencies that does not yet have a web-based application or web-based budget plan calculation system and in the section of river and ferry transportation traffic management (ASDP) really need this system to make it easier to manage and plan existing project costs. The purpose of the research is to make it easier for staff in the management and traffic asdp division to manage RAb calculation data more quickly, precisely and accurately without having to use Ms.excel again to calculate rab because there is already a web-based rab system created by researchers. This website-based budget planning information system is built using PHP and MySQL. This system works by entering the title of the activity and the estimated budget plan in project activities and can choose which division is needed for budget planning so that the data is entered into the form of an activity report. The results of this study are a website-based budget planning information system that can help and facilitate the staff of traffic management and ASDP employees in managing data on the budget plan of a building project and others more quickly, accurately and precisely.
