Long-tailed monkey (Macaca fascicularis) is an arboreal primate that has an important role for forests, such as tropical forest regeneration. Most of the long-tailed monkeys eat fruits and seeds found in the forest. This study aims to determine the types of vegetation and determine the percentage of use of this type of  vegetation  as a source of food for long-tailed monkeys (Macaca fascicularis) in the Punti Kayu Park, Palembang with  survey methods, purposive sampling technique and data analysis with the formula  calculating the percentage of feed sources. The results of feed sources. The results of study found that the types of plant species and percentages in the  Punti Kayu Natural tourism Park include Mahogany fruit (Swietenia mahagoni) as much  34%, fruit and young leaves of Jengkol (Archidendron pauciflorum) as much  25% and 40%, young leaves and friut of Talok (Muntingia calubara) as much 70% and 30% and Sawit (Elaeis) as much 60%.
