Marketing using the internet continues to grow rapidly, many advanced companies are developing using this technology to market their products, marketing advantages using the internet are able to reduce marketing costs and can expand marketing reach, thus making the internet a marketing target in many companies and organizations. My OFFICE COWORKING SPACE is a growing work house in the city of Palembang that uses the internet as a marketing target, one of which is Web development that is in accordance with the new marketing function developed in MY OFFICE COWORKING SPACE, this system can provide information quickly and accurately, this system can be used as a powerful promotional media and able to reach globally, this system can be used to display articles, this system can be used to make interactive relationships with customers or business partners more effective. A web-based marketing system that has been built has a main function which is divided into three parts, namely media and promotional information which consists of publishing articles about MY OFFICE COWORKING SPACE, promotional events organized by MY OFFICE, as well as admin and member consulting services consisting of members who joined in MY OFFICE COWORKING SPACE and members want to join MY OFFICE COWORKING SPACE. With the website using the customer relationship management (CRM) method Then the data storage process can be more accurate and neatly stored, and the delivery of promotional information will be faster and more precise. The main function of a web-based marketing information system is as a medium of information that has a function as a communication and interaction service for admins and members who are members of MY OFFICE COWORKING SPACE or not.
