Wireless internet network is a service that connects two devices that do not use wired (wireless) media. Wireless technology is a technology without cables, in conducting telecommunications relationships no longer use media or cable facilities but use electromagnetic waves as a substitute for cables. The City Government is the organizer of government affairs and the interests of the local community in the government system of the Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia, in practice the city government carries out a governance function, namely development planning. This study uses the PPDIOO development method (Prepare, Plan, Design, Implement, Operate, and Optimize) with several software as calculation tools that aim to provide alternative stages of installation, monitoring, and development of wireless internet networks. The results will provide concrete steps in the stages of installation to the stage of developing a wireless internet network, besides that by applying the PPDIOO method it will provide parameters in developing a wireless internet network.
