The best and quality employees are company assets that will make the company grow rapidly. Employee performance has an influence on the profits obtained by the company itself. Therefore we need human resources who have high competence and loyalty. Maximum effort is needed in improving employee performance, namely by selecting the best employees to stimulate employees to improve their performance. The decision support system provides an alternative in determining who the best employee will be. Due to the nature of an objective, fast, accurate and computer-based decision support system, it will facilitate the selection of the best employees. The Weighted Product method is part of the Fuzzy Multi-Attribute Decision Making (FMADM) concept where a normalization process is needed in the calculation. This method specifically calculates the weight of the assessment in each of the existing criteria. This decision support system is a solution tool in providing solutions that can help the process of selecting the best employees in a computerized manner to be more effective and efficient. The results of the study prove that this application is able to assist companies in the selection process for selecting the best employees with the weighted product method, as well as providing information on the best employees effectively and efficiently.
