A good river for living things around it is influenced by several factors. These factors arise due to the activities of human activities. the river in the kebagusan village kec. Gedongtatan kab. Pesawaran is used by industry around as a waste disposal site processed by PTPN VII Way Berulu factory which has gone through the processing process, for that it is necessary to test the level of quality of river water pollution around the villagers kebagusan kec. Gedongtatan kab. offer. This research was conducted in July 2018. This study used descriptive method, with the factors being tested were pH, BOD, and COD levels. The results of the study showed that all parameters measured were pH (6.3), BOD (5 mg / L), and COD (11 mg / L). In accordance with the standards set by the government in Government Regulation No.28 of 2001. This indicates that the river water is in good condition
