Pemodelan Proses Bisnis Perbaikan Server Menggunakan Business Process Modeling and Nation (BPMN) pada PT PLN (PERSERO) UIP3BS UPT Palembang

Business processes and their performance are very important, not only from an internal point of view, but also from an external point of view. Companies in many different areas of business recognize the importance of their business processes, and today's science and technology has made it possible to structure processes and run them more efficiently. PT PLN (Persero) UIP3BS UPT Palembang is a company that has business processes to support its activities in achieving the vision and mission that has been set. Business processes are activities that describe business processes so that they are well represented in an organization. The business processes that run at UPT UIP3BS PT PLN (Persero) Palembang are currently still done manually using forms, so that the recording of data stored by the administrator is not structured. One of the business processes used in this research is Business Process Modeling and Notation (BPMN), which aims to minimize errors that often occur in these business processes. This study aims to determine the business processes of PT PLN (Persero) UPT UIP3BS Palembang by using BPMN in the bizagi business process application so that it can be reached by all parties. This research was conducted by using the method of previous literatures and looking directly at the location of the case. The data collected were analyzed using certain procedures, and displayed in form diagrams. The results of this study obtained several BPMN processes, namely: Process of submitting server repairs, Processing of server repair data, Process of repairing Human Machine Interface (HMI) servers so that they can run according to procedures and business can be structured and efficient.
