Official travel for employees is an important task given by superiors in the interest of the company. In the implementation of the employee service, a clear and structured flow is needed to make it easier for employees to carry out their official duties. Therefore, to improve the performance of the management of a business process, it can be done by describing or modeling the business process so that it is easier to implement and evaluate. The business process modeling of employees' business trips uses the Business Process Modeling Notation (BPMN) at PT PLN (Persero) UIP3BS UPT Palembang. The data collection techniques used in this study are interviews, observation, data collection, and documentation. This study aims to help companies understand their business processes well, as well as describe clear business process flows so that they are easy to understand using the Business Process Modeling Notation (BPMN) approach at the PT PLN (Persero) UIP3BS UPT Palembang unit. Based on the research that has been done and the results of the discussions described in the previous chapters, it can be concluded that, with the modeling of business processes and sub-processes of the employee's business trip using the Business Process Modeling Notation (BPMN), the official travel process can be easily understood, and applied. well by the employees.
