Information technology is growing rapidly and has become one of the accesses to facilitate the community in facing the era of globalization, it is proven that technological developments from time to time are welcomed by all groups, one of which is in conducting an online registration process. Utilization of technology can support various kinds of activities to be easier and more efficient. Synapse Academy is an IT training place, this agency has implemented an online-based registration information system but the system they have implemented is old and there is a need for renewal in the registration process due to the old system in the registration, payment, admissions selection test process is still not integrated so that the agency there is a need for a new registration information system design concept. This research method uses the UML (Unified Modeling Language) approach, which uses visual modeling as a guide in system-oriented design. This study aims to make it easier for an agency to find references for a new design concept so that it can build a more advanced website.
