The Department of Maritime Affairs and Fisheries of South Sumatra Province is a government-owned company and has a large number of employees, employee data collection at the Marine and Fisheries Service still uses manually so it has difficulties in employee data collection. To manage employee data collection, there is no special system that can help smooth the management of employee data into an appropriate information. To solve the problems that occur, it is necessary to design an information system on employee data collection at the Marine and Fisheries Service. The research method user is OOAD (Object Oriented analysis Design) using UML (Unified Modeling Language) system modeling which is used to visualize an object-oriented system design. The results of this study can describe the process of using the system and the flow of system management. It is expected that the system design made can facilitate and find out the design of the employee data collection system and can overcome problems at the Marine and Fisheries Service.
