Penerapan Technology Readiness Acceptance Model (TRAM) untuk Pengukuran Kesiapan dan Penerimaan Aplikasi RF Mobile

Information technology in the world of education today is very influential to facilitate teaching and learning activities. As at UIN Raden Fatah Palembang, it has implemented an information system, one of which is the RF Mobile application. RF Mobile is an academic service for students, which is a new system at UIN Raden Fatah. In RF Mobile, several problems were found, such as usability, interface, part of the profile that is still not neat, and some features that are accessed are difficult to find. Based on these problems, measurements are needed to determine the readiness and acceptance of users of RF Mobile. Readiness and acceptance of RF Mobile users need to be known because the first step that must be taken in implementing the technology is knowing the readiness of users to accept the technology. This study uses the Technology Readiness Acceptance model (TRAM). The 7 TRAM variables are Optimisme, innovatieness, insecurity, discomfort, perceived ease of use, Perceived usefulness, intention to use. This study distributed questionnaires to 364 respondents using RF Mobile. The data analysis technique used is SEM-PLS with SmartPLS 3.0 software. The results of this study of 10 hypotheses there are 7 accepted and 3 rejected hypotheses. The overall results show the readiness and acceptance of RF Mobile using TRAM of 74.2%, this indicates that the readiness and acceptance of the RF Mobile application can already be used and accepted by users.
