The Sales Information System at PT Putera Raja Sejahtera has no measurement and evaluation of increasing company management development. Therefore, it is necessary to measure the level of information system capability level in order to improve the development of company management and find out the extent of business processes accompanied by recommendations based on standards from the COSO framework. The purpose of this study was to determine the results of the capability level and recommendations as input for the information and technology unit in determining the next information system development plan. The method used is Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI) using the COSO framework by applying 5 domains, namely Control Environment, Risk Assessment, Control Activities, Information and Communication and Monitoring. The results of PT Putera Raja Sejahtera's capability level in information technology services on the five components of the findings are at level 2 (Managed Process) with a value of 1,78. This means that the process or service activities of PT Putera Raja Sejahtera's Sales Information System services have been properly planned, implemented, measured, and controlled in accordance with organizational policies. Therefore, recommendations are given for further improvement of the information system.
