Indonesian National Sports Committee (KONI) of South Sumatra Province is an organization that acts as a parent in the field of sports and continues to promote outstanding athletes from various categories at the local, national and international levels. In this recommendation, athletes must go through a level manual calculation of physical records, performance, and coaches who understand them. The problem that often occurs is that data collection problems often take a long time because registration must come to KONI and paper forms can be damaged or lost. Solving these problems requires a system that can help process athlete data from various categories, then it is used to recommend athletes who are willing to compete in an event. The purpose of this study is to build an application for registration, scheduling and selection results that can be accessed at the athlete's location. The type of research used is the waterfall method with data collection methods in the form of observation, literature study and interviews. From research conducted in the field, it was found that the registration and scheduling of sports matches at KONI is still done manually.
