Uji Homogenitas Terhadap Sampel Uji Profisiensi Urea Prill Dengan Parameter Nitrogen

Based on ISO/IEC 17043:2010 proficiency test is a way to determine laboratory performance. One of the sample requirements that can be used as a proficiency test sample is that the sample must be homogeneous. In maintaining performance accuracy, the Product Testing Laboratory at PT. Pupuk Sriwidjaja conducted a homogeneity test on the urea sample of pril. The purpose of this homogeneity test is to determine whether the proficiency test sample is homogeneous or not by testing each sample of urea prill which was randomly selected for duplicate analysis and statistically evaluating the data before the sample is sent to the proficiency test participants. The concentration test method used in the homogeneity test is the Kjeldhal analyzer method which goes through three stages, namely the destruction process, the distillation process and the titration stage according to SNI 2801:2010 where one of the quality requirements for urea fertilizer with a nitrogen content of at least 46%. The results of the homogeneity test for measuring nitrogen levels showed homogeneous results with the criteria for the standard deviation of the between-samples value of  0.3 SDPA (CVHorwitz) where it was obtained 0.047357975 0.311970958 which means the results of this homogeneity test were declared homogeneous. Based on this, the proficiency test sample is ready to be sent to each proficiency test pkarticipant.
