Uji Homogenitas Pupuk Urea Prill PT Pupuk Sriwidjaja Sebagai Bahan Uji Profisiensi Dengan Parameter Moisture

The competence of a laboratory can be demonstrated by implementing good internal quality control, one of which is by participating in a proficiency test program or inter-laboratory comparative test. Comparative tests between laboratories were carried out using a similar and homogeneous test material, in this case the test material used was urea prill fertilizer from PT Pupuk Sriwidjaja. Before the sample is used as a proficiency test material, the sample must be ensured to be homogeneous because if there is a difference in the results of the proficiency test participants it is not caused by the preparation of the sample but purely from the error of the proficiency test participant. To ensure that the sample is truly homogeneous, a homogeneity test is needed, where the purpose of the homogeneity test is to determine the feasibility of the sample as a proficiency test material. The samples tested for homogeneity consisted of 10 samples of urea prill fertilizer. The results of the homogeneity test for determining the moisture content showed homogeneous results based on the value of standard deviation samples ≤mk,kn  0.3 SDPA (standard deviation proficiency assessment) which was 0.0011 ≤ 0.0027. Based on this, the urea prill fertilizer sample was declared homogeneous and worthy of being a proficiency test material.
