Skrining Fitokimia Daun Karet Kebo (Ficus elastica) Di Pulau Pahawang Besar

Ficus elastica are a plant that has a potential as a medicinal ingdredient. Ficus elastica have pharmacological activity as anti-inflammatory, antioxidant, amd anticancer. This study aims to determine the content of secondary metabolities of ficus elastica taken from Pahawang Island, Lampung, Indonesia. The process of extracting kebo rubber leaves was carried out using maceration method. The result of the phytochemical screening of the ethanol extract of ficus elastica were positive for terpenoids, tannins, flavanoids, and saponins, and negative for alkaloid compounds
