This study reviews the implementation of the use of interactive tables as a consumer data visualization tool by PT Telkom Indonesia in the South Sumatra region. Data visualization is an essential element in an information-based decision-making process, especially in the context of the telecommunication sector. In-depth knowledge of consumer interactions with telecommunications services generates fundamental strategic insights for service providers. This study outlines the steps for designing and implementing a visualization dashboard aimed at analyzing consumer behavior in the South Sumatra region. The methodology of this study includes literature, management, and presentation of data through the use of interactive dashboards as a means of actualization. The research findings confirm that this approach is effective in enabling stakeholders to analyze consumer trends, preferences, and patterns within the South Sumatra framework. The practical implications of this study refer to the ability to formulate more efficient marketing strategies, optimal resource allocation, and decision making based on in-depth insights from visualization of consumer behavior data.
