Sistem Penilaian Kinerja Pegawai Digital Creative Menggunakan Metode Topsis

The employee performance appraisal process carried out in the Digital Creative coworking space is a process that supports the company's performance in measuring the performance of employees in the work environment. This employee performance appraisal process is still carried out manually and subjectively. Therefore, the authors then took the initiative to create an employee performance appraisal system using the TOPSIS method. This method was chosen because it is considered to be able to increase employee appraisal to be more effective and efficient and is expected to avoid the risk of discrimination and personal effects in employee appraisals. The system process design is carried out using the Unified Modeling Language (UML) method, and the completion of the database using ERD. The result of this research is a simple web service based employee appraisal system. The purpose of this employee appraisal is to assist digital creative in making an employee appraisal system that can be used to simplify the process of company activities, especially in the field of performance appraisal of employees
