Data collection plays a crucial role as a source of information and a monitoring tool required by an organization to carry out tasks such as planning, data analysis, development, policy formulation, and decision-making. If its management is not effective, this can have a negative impact on the image and reputation of the organization or institution. One example of this is in the management of incoming and outgoing document correspondence. The Archive Letter Information System is constructed using the waterfall approach and employs the Personal Hypertext Preprocessor (PHP) programming language. For the design process, Visual Studio Code is utilized as the editor, and MySQL serves as the database system. The goal is that this system will assist the South Sumatra Provincial General Election Office in enhancing the quality of services provided to the public.
