The leave application information system is a very useful tool in managing the employee leave process efficiently and accurately where leave is an important part of human resource management at work. In today's digital era, the use of a leave application information system has become an effective step in increasing the efficiency, transparency and accuracy of the process. So the author intends to design an Information System for Submitting Leave at the Communication and Informatics of Service Office of Palembang City. In the process the author uses the waterfall method and UML as tool for designing, the results obtained are in the form of an information system design that has been analyzed according to employee needs which is then expected to be able to support employee rights to leave or permits at agencies.
