The use of information system technology is beneficial for companies that require accurate, reliable, fast, relevant, and detailed information flows. In the technical section at TVRI South Sumatra, they still use a manual way to record/record production goods. To search for production goods, it is necessary to open a production goods data archive book as a goods data storage technology. This can cause a buildup of documents, and there is a very high possibility of loss or damage to the production goods data document. This research will be carried out using the Prototype method so that it can design a computerized inventory data system to make it easier to access the information needed and to make it easier for the Head of the Transmission Engineering Section of the Engineering Section at TVRI South Sumatra to manage information. The results of this study can create an inventory information system that is easier and speeds up the process of production of goods data.
