Archives management at PT. PLN (Persero) Keramasan Sector does not have an application, starting from the process of storing, searching, borrowing and returning files. Archives in PT. PLN (Persero) always increase every day. Archives are mostly in the form of paperwork made of paper. Paper documents require large storage space and special treatment to protect them from humidity and from hazards such as flooding or anytime a fire occurs, as well as other irresponsible acts. Therefore, a system is needed to replace paper-shaped archive documents into electronic archive documents, namely electronic archive systems or EArchive Systems. By using a prototype system development method, and using the PHP programming language and MySQL as a Database Management System (DBMS) in order to help the PT. PLN (Persero) in managing archives, as well as simplifying the process of searching and storing archives.
