The process of financial transactions at the Faculty of Science and Technology UIN Raden Fatah Palembang takes a long time in documenting the file for the report and make budget realization report. This research is intended to prepare and build Financial Administration Information System (SI-AK) at Faculty of Science and Technology UIN Raden Fatah Palembang in order to be able to make financial report, to finance part in monitoring budget realization, and provide information about the implementation of activities in accordance with RKAKL. The research used qualitative research method which data method are observation, interview, literature study, and documentation. Development system method used Spiral method. Analyze and design tools used UML, and database design used ERD. The programming language used PHP, Codeigniter framework, and database used MySQL, testing methods used Blackbox testing. It is expected that the system could assist in the activities.
