To get a product that suits your needs, both in terms of display design and the system used, of course, it is necessary to analyze the usability of the product. The purpose of this research is to ensure that the Belido.id software is suitable for use by users or not, then a usability test is carried out on the Belido.id application using the System Usability Scale (SUS) testing method. This test uses 10 statements as a benchmark for assessment. With 80 respondents. The results of the usability test of the Belido.id application with the SUS method show that the final results of the research on testing through a questionnaire are 61,5 are in grade D which means the Belido.id application still has a little difficulty or there are obstacles when using this application.
