Analisis Usability pada Aplikasi SP4N LAPOR! Menggunakan Metode USE Questionnaire (Studi Kasus: Dinas Komunikasi dan Informatika Kabupaten OKU Timur)

SP4N LAPOR! is a two-way communicative service between the government and the community based on social media applications, so that the community can interact with the government in an interactive and integrated manner for development supervision and public services. This application is a social media-based integrated complaint service facility that can be accessed by all people. However, in this application there is no research that measures the level of usability of this application. usability is the measurement of a product used by users in order to achieve certain targets with efficiency, effectiveness and achieving usage satisfaction. The purpose of this study is to determine the results of usability evaluation on the SP4N LAPOR! in East OKU Regency. Collecting data in this study by distributing questionnaires to respondents online. Usability measurement in this study uses the USE Questionnaire method using four variables Usefulness, Ease Of Use, Ease Of Learning, Satisfaction). The results of this study are in the form of the overall usability level with a percentage value of 73%, and the feasibility level of the four variables, namely the Usefulness variable, a percentage value of 70% is obtained, the Ease Ff Use variable with a percentage value of 75.82%, the Ease Of Learning variable obtained a value of 75.4% and the Satisfaction variable obtained a percentage value of 70.67%.
