The application of Information Technology in an organization is considered very important. Especially to measure the extent to which IT governance has been implemented. Also to implement a framework or framework that is used as a reference by management from planning to achieving the stages of good IT governance, PT Sriwijaya Internet Services is a startup company in the network sector. PT sriwijaya Internet Services intends to provide the best quality to meet all kinds of needs desired by partners in implementing the use of Information Technology. In order to fulfill the company's Goals, a benchmark is needed to determine the value of maturity in corporate IT governance, so the research objective is to measure the maturity level of IT governance at PT Sriwijaya Internet Services. Based on research at PT Sriwijaya Internet Services, the measurement of the maturity level of IT governance was carried out using the COBIT 4.1 ramework with the PO (planning) and AI (implementation) Domains. Based on the COBIT Framework. The methods used in the study were the design method stages, interview methods, and data processing methods. PT Sriwijaya Internet Service obtained a Domain that has met the target value of the desired maturity level at level 3 (Defined Level), namely Sub-Domain AI5. From the research results, companies are required to maintain values that have met the target and develop to level 4 (Managed Level).
