With the rapid development of technology today, it also has an impact on the administrative system. Previously, administration was done manually, now it can be done online so that it can be monitored from anywhere and anytime. As is known, the administrative system for sending incoming and outgoing letters at the East OKU Regency Communication and Information Office is still done manually which is still inefficient. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to design a mobile-based E-Surat application interface design. The methodology for designing the system used is the prototype methodology. The final result of this research is the interface design design of the E-Letter application of the Communication and Informatics Office of East OKU Regency. Features of several features in the E-Mail application, namely the homepage feature, the writing feature, the search feature, the delete message feature, the profile feature and change profile, the settings feature and features about E-Mail which briefly describe E-Mail.
