Research objective to determine the effect of pineapple juice on the death of larvae Culex spp. The research method used an experimental method with a completely randomized design (CRD) consisting of 5 treatments and 5 replications. This study looks for LC50 and LT50 values. The LC50 value of pineapple juice was 44,67%, while the larval mortality time of LT50 was 20 hours. The hardness of pineapple significantly affected the death of the larvae Culex spp (p <0,05), the concentration of 44,66% caused 50% of the test larvae 20 hours.
