Education in Indonesia is being tested. There are 2 problems of education in Indonesia. First of all, it relates to the process which is characterized by the low quality of students. Both things are good with the character of students which is marked by the rise of negative actions among students. In response to these problems, the government made innovations within the body of educational institutions, namely related to changes in curriculum and learning strategies. The importance of every time the government always improve the character of the nation's children. Biology is a subject that studies living things and their environment. In the Qur'an and the hadith of the Prophet Muhammad, there are verses that discuss biological science, such as Qs. Al-Hajj: 5 (Human), An-Nahl: 79 (Animal), Ar-Ra'ad: 4 (Plants), Al-Jatsiyah: 5 (environment) and so on. The prominence of the scientific dimension in the Qur'an is a means to invite mankind to carry out Allah's commands and leave His prohibitions. Therefore, in this paper, several important things are presented including biological science, the Koran, the Prophet's hadith, and the character of students
