Kailan (Brassica oleracea L.) is an annual plant belonging to the cabbage family (Brassicaceae). Kailan is one type of plant that is often attacked by pests such as aphids (Aphid sp.) Which can reduce the quality and quantity of kailan crop production. Alternatives that can be done to overcome this problem by using vegetable pesticides from duku skin. Duku skin has toxic properties because it contains a lot of tannins and has a sticky sap so that the skin is able to eradicate pests on the leaves. This study aims to determine the mortality rate that is effective against aphids by administering duku skin extract. The method used in this study is a Completely Randomized Design (CRD) with 4 treatments and 6 repetitions namely A0 as a control, A1 1: 9, A2 1:12, and A3 1:15. The results showed that the administration of duku skin extract in the 15th minute affected the mortality of aphids, but the treatments of A1, A2, and A3 were not significantly different. The most effective mortality rate in the treatment of the 15th minute A1.
