The Personnel Information System is a system that is able to provide information on employee data at the Palembang city transportation service and agencies, by interacting with each other to achieve the targeted goals. Designing an employee data information system that is used for the presentation of employee data and information so that it can be delivered properly, quickly and easily. The purpose of the research is to facilitate or provide data and information about staffing and to design an employee data information system. This personnel data information system was built using Visual Basic 6.0. The result of this research is that by using an information system that is designed, it can improve work efficiency for employees. For example, it can make changes (update) data quickly when needed.
