Analisis Peningkatan Kualitas Sistem Informasi Pacak.Id Pada Badan SAR Nasional Menggunakan Metode PIECES

The Palembang National SAR Agency has a website called Pacak.id. Pacak.id is a website created independently by the Palembang National SAR Agency, namely the Public Relations Team. The name of the website itself has a meaning, namely Professional Reliable Smart Amanah Kompak, which aims to provide all information about the phenomena or disasters they handle in the Palembang city area, as well as information on what activities they carry out as a routine. In this research on the management of the Pacak.id website, the PIECES analysis method is used. PIECES analysis is an analysis that has variables in the form of Performance, Information, Economy, Control, Efficiency, and Service. The purpose of this study is to identify or find out what deficiencies exist in the system. The results obtained in this study can be used as a reference for the development of more complete and more optimal features in the future.
