Data collection on the performance level of employees and lecturers of information systems study program using a quarterly assessment mechanism which is carried out every three months. The assessment is useful for achieving study program targets in curriculum planning and planning for re-accreditation of study programs to be superior. Quarterly achievements include four target criteria, namely national seminars, international seminars, conferences, publishing journals, and being speakers (speakers), Implementation of the system using the prototype method is expected to assist the implementation of study program activities in assessing the scope of the Information System community based on quarterly.
