Along with the development of the digitalization era, the development of information technology is very helpful to facilitate human activities in various fields of life, both in the economic, social and educational fields. Synapse academy is a training center that provides intensive learning programs for programming and design to build abilities, character and passion. This study aims to be able to make users feel comfortable (user friendly) when visiting the synapse academy website by designing and implementing a bootstrap framework on the synapse academy website. The method used in this research is Design Thinking, where there are five stages in the application of design thinking, namely, empethize, define, ideate, prototype and test. The results of this study are in the form of recommendations for the appearance of the synapse academy website to overcome the problems experienced by users.
