The development of information technology has progressed rapidly, almost all activities in agencies, both government and companies, have involved technology in every activity or work process. The filing of incoming and outgoing letters that still use conventional methods is considered inefficient, especially in everyday life, there are not a few correspondence that need to be archived with an agenda/record. Like the Marine and Fisheries Service, which is a government agency, of course, it requires adequate document archives. The need for Administrative Information System Design is a solution to overcome this problem. Considering that the existence of an information system can help and make it easier for employees to carry out their duties. The analysis in the design of this information system uses the OOAD method using UML as a tool for designing the design. The results of this research on the design of information systems are expected to be useful and help the duties of employees ins .
