The development of information technology is currently experiencing a very rapid increase, which is in line with the public's need for information. BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Kanwil Sumbagsel, all types of letter archives from year to year are still done manually by inputting letter information data using Microsoft Excel, where to collect report information on all archives it can only be reported as a whole which should be done more effectively and efficiently. In this research, the design method that will be used is Unified Modeling Language or UML. By using the UML method, we can find out the next steps that will be carried out in the form of a diagram. The purpose of this study is to make it easier for employees to obtain information about mail archives, and create a mail filing system that is more accurate and accountable to both superiors and staff. So that a digitalized system is produced in the form of information data that makes it easier to manage archives of letters, both incoming letters, outgoing letters, incoming mail reports, outgoing letters and management of system users both superiors and subordinates at the BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Kanwil Sumbagsel.
