Penentuan Kadar Total Padatan Tersuspensi Pada Air Sungai Kabupaten Musi Banyuasin Menggunakan Metode Gravimetri

Water is a very important thing for people's life activities that must be considered in terms of quality and quantity, one of which is the fulfillment of clean water, but currently efforts to obtain clean water are quite difficult because clean water sources are decreasing due to water pollution. . The purpose of this analysis is to determine the total suspended solids content in river water in Musi Banyuasin. The analysis of total suspended solids was carried out using the gravimetric method which was validated through predetermined quality standards. The results showed that the total suspended solids in the simplo hilir river water was 122.5 mg/L duplo 123.5 mg/L sample B had a concentration of 15.5 mg/L, and sample C 18.5 mg/L. Sample A has a relatively high level of TSS compared to the other samples. From these values, it can be interpreted that sample A exceeds the maximum TSS value when compared to the river water quality standard that has been set.
