Goods Lending Inventory Information System is a technology solution implemented in the IT Division of PT KAI (Persero) regional division III Palembang to optimize inventory management and borrowing goods. The purpose of this system is to replace manual processes that tend to be slow and prone to errors with automated processes that are more efficient and accurate. This system is designed to record, track, and manage inventory in real-time, making it easy to apply for borrowing, returning, and monitoring inventory status. System development uses the RAD ( Rapid Application Development) method which has 4 stages, namely Requirentment Planning, System Design, Construction, Cutover. Which system modeling has been done first. System development uses PHP and MySQL databases. The results of the implementation of this Information System are expected to improve the operational efficiency of the IT Division of PT KAI (Persero) regional division III Palembang, reduce the time required to manage inventory and borrow goods, and increase control over company assets. In addition, this system can be used as an example for the development of similar solutions in various other divisions in the company and encourage wider adoption of technology in inventory management.
