CV Digital Creative is a company engaged in providing IT services for business needs. In CV digital creative there are several products, one of which is Toeco. Toeco which is a website base has one product called Point Of Sales (POS) with several bases namely FnB, Fashion, and pharmacies. POS itself is a website that can make it easier for businesses to place orders and check stock in real time. This POS product at Toeco does not yet have its website design, therefore the purpose of this study is to design a user interface (UI) and user experience (UX) for a POS website using a user centered design method where in its stages there are 4 steps, namely determining the context of use, determining user and organizational requirements, producing design solutions and design evaluation. The prototype design of this website is designed using the figma application with features such as dashboards, catalogs, warehouses consisting of goods warehouses and stock warehouses, the last is a report.
